We had to come in for a last minute sports physical due to a mess up at our PCP and Kasey, Megan and Ash were fantastic! They had so much patience with me while I had everything going wrong while registering for my kiddos appointments, and were so great with my kids! They were all so knowledgeable and made my kids feel important at their appointments, which is important for me as a mom. Their patience, their care, and their personalities should not go unnoticed. They truly care about what they do and you can really tell. Some of the good ones! Plus we got in and out really fast!

I felt very welcomed and safe at my appointment. I've always been scared of the doctor's office since I was a little boy. Unfortunately I didn't have my mommy or daddy to go with me and I was extremely nervous. The staff was very attentive to my needs and soothed my anxiety even though I was close to tears when I arrived.

I had a very disappointing experience. Even though I was checked in, I was kept waiting for almost two hours and ended up being the last patient seen. I was there for a simple splinter removal, so the long wait was especially frustrating. I also provided my insurance card at check-in, but they still entered my insurance ID incorrectly. If the staff are unsure how to read the information on an insurance card, they should ask the patient to confirm the insurance ID instead of making assumptions. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional.

I created an appointment online via my phone, arrived early and my name was no longer on the list. I spoke to the women at the front and she explained that sometimes ppl sign up for appointments simultaneously and if so the 2nd one gets cancelled. So I took off work and arrived at my appointment that the system cancelled, never notified me and basically told me I van be a walk in and wait 2hrs

I had an excellent experience and wanted to highlight the outstanding care I received from Cameron, Casey, Caroline, and Alondra. Cameron triaged me and immediately made me feel comfortableβ€”he was extremely personable and social while still maintaining professionalism and decorum. His ability to connect while staying focused and efficient really stood out and helped put me at ease right from the start. Casey handled my lab tests and was equally wonderful. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, which made the process much less stressful. She was incredibly pleasant, kind, and patient, and I truly appreciated how attentive she was throughout. Caroline and Alondra were also fantasticβ€”both were warm, compassionate, and consistently kind in every interaction. Their professionalism combined with genuine care made a noticeable difference in my overall experience. Overall, the entire team went above and beyond, and their compassion, communication, and professionalism did not go unnoticed. I’m very grateful for the care I received.
